Bamboo Ecotours was founded on the premise to promote tourism as a means to transform communities out of poverty. We link travelers to authentic cultural and local experiences that directly benefit the traveler and the local communities. Bamboo Ecotours therefore strives to use tourism as a way to provide opportunities for the local people. We invest 25% of our incomes directly into community projects such as building schools, water catchment systems and health centers.
